Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping for international shipping.

When you place your order with us, it usually takes us 2-4 business days to customize your design. Then you have the opportunity to check whether your design is right for your bike. If you give us approval for the design, the design will be forwarded to our production department.

Maximum production time: 2-3 weeks (depending on our order situation and the time you need to reply)

Shipping time: 2-3 business days in Germany and International 2-14 business days (depending on where you live)

When you place your order with us, it usually takes us 2-4 business days to contact you and start the design process. How long the design and production takes depends on several factors:

Which bike you have and whether we already have a suitable template
response times between you and us
Amount of changes you want


Before you place your order, it helps us a lot if you have a clear picture of your design in mind or even have a first design idea as a picture. Mood boards of patterns, colors, gradients, etc. can also help us a lot. The more specifically you can describe or show us what you want, the faster we can start production.
